Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, containing by admeasurement 890 acres, more or less, and being Section 2, Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 62/52, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Wellington plan S.O. 15549.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of February, 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, containing by admeasurement 79 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks VII, VIII, IX, and X, Clarendon Survey District, and being roads closed by a Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 65, dated 19th October, 1950, at page 1861. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 215/16, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Otago plan S.O. 9612.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of February, 1951.
