Land Taken for Public Conveniences in the Borough of Mount Eden

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public conveniences and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

0 0 1 Part Allotment 11, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured sepia.
0 0 4·9 Part Allotment 11, D.P. 19873, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured blue.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of Mount Eden) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35773.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Kuiti as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods.

Being Te Kuiti No. 2B No. 1Q Section 2, situated in Otanake Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 300, folio 13 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 51 acres 0 roods 15 perches.

Being Section 17, Bell District.

Situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8423.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133151, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 2 roods 33 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 3528, being part Rural Section 874, Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 279, folio 11, Canterbury Land Registry.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130718, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
