Revoking a Proclamation Setting Apart Portion of Public Reserve for a Surfaceran’s Cottage, in Block I, Benmore Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 91 of the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at page 1221, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. 5291, setting apart portion of public reserve for a surfaceman’s cottage in Block I, Benmore Survey District, such land being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of February, 1950.

PURSUANT to section twenty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a prison ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
