Declaring Portions of Railway Land Near Kirikopuni to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of February, 1950.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road Near Kirikopuni

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Hobson County Council, and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 20.7 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 6502.
Situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, Hobson County. (S.O. 35465.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10169, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of February, 1950.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road at Claverley

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the same year at page 2343, allocating land taken for a railway to the purposes of a road at Claverley--as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
