PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 0·63 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 6032, being part Section 8, Okato District.
Situated in Block I, Cape Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8398.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133025, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1950.
