A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 33·6 perches.
Being Lot 1, part Heretaunga Block, being part Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 4624.

Situated in the Borough of Hastings (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2285.)

In the Hawke's Bay District Land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132527, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of December, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a roadman's cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres.
Being Section 3869, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Register Book, Volume 42, folio 192 (Westland Land Registry).
