Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, in Block VIII, Tangitu Survey District, Ohura County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 7 acres l rood 24 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Omarunui Block.
Situated in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2433.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132777, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of December, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 2 roods 15 perches.
Being Sections 49 and 63, Town of Tuatapere Extension No. 2. Situated in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District.
In the Southland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132210, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of December 1950.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 3 roods 33·6 perches.
Being Lot 1, part Heretaunga Block, being part Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 4624.
Situated in the Borough of Hastings (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2285.)
