A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 18th day of December, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11·24 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 7975, and being part of Subdivision E of
Heretaunga Block, and being also part of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 15, folio 173
(Hawke's Bay Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
service-lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 18th day of December, 1950.
