NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of T. I. OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 3rd day of November, 1950, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £200,000 to £10,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, on the 24th day of November, 1950. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—

“ The share capital of the company is henceforth £10,000 divided into 10,000 shares of £1 each instead of the original share capital of £200,000 divided into 200,000 shares of £1 each. At the date of registration of this minute no amount has been or is deemed to be paid up on any of the said shares.”

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of R. M. KENDERDINE, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 14th day of November, 1950, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from seven thousand five hundred pounds (£7,500) to five thousand pounds (£5,000) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of November, 1950. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—

“ Resolved, this 27th day of October, 1950, as a special resolution by an entry in the minute-book of the company signed as provided by subsection (1) of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933 :—

“ That the capital of the company be reduced from seven thousand five hundred (7,500) shares of one pound (£1) each to seven thousand five hundred (7,500) shares of thirteen shillings and four pence (13s. 4d.) each and that the sum of six shillings and eight pence (6s. 8d.) per share be repaid to the shareholders as at the 31st day of March 1950.”

Business : To lay before the meeting an account showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.
