LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a surrender of Lease 18833 in the name of PATRICK JOSEPH CURTIS, of Taihape, Labourer, and EVELYN CURTIS, his wife, affecting 1 rood, situate in the Borough of Taihape, being Section 1 of Block XIV of the Township of Taihape, and being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 191, folio 228, and all the land in Leasehold Certificate of Title, Volume 422, folio 171 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the said leasehold certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said outstanding duplicate under section 40, Land Transfer Act, 1915, and register the surrender of Lease 18833 on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
