Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

Wellington, 13th November, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1949, as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 1,433 acres 1 rood 8·4 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 of Square 20, situated in Block IV, Wakapuaka Survey District, Sections 1, 3, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, Block IV, aforesaid, and part of Sections 15 and 17, Block I, Tapumutu Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 16, folios 44 and 72, Volume 17, folio 6, Volume 48, folio 261, and Volume 72, folio 152, and all the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 17, folio 234, Volume 26, folio 134, Volume 31, folio 65, Volume 34, folio 262, Volume 43, folio 216, Volume 48, folio 177, and Volume 108, folio 35 (Nelson Registry). As the same is delineated on plan No. 103/35, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
