A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for police purposes; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 31.55
perches.
Being Reserve 4559, formerly part of Reserve 283, situated in the
Borough of Temuka (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8046.)
In the Canterbury Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130653, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thercon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1950.

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for the development of water-power (depot); and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

P URSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section fifteen of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land in Proclamation No. 923, Wellington Land Registry, being the land described in the First Schedule hereto, excepting thereout the land in Proclamation No. 995, Wellington Land Registry, being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
