- Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1949, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State
forest land.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
All those areas in the Wellington Land District, containing by
admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 29·13 perches, more or less, situated
in Block XVI, Kai tieke Survey District, and described generally as
follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods,
more or less, being Section 10, Block VIII, Town of Waimarino, and
being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Vol. 192, folio 42 (Wellington Land Registry).
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 29·13
perches, more or less, being part of Section 11, Block VIII, Town
of Waimarino, being the land described in a Proclamation published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 64, dated the 3rd day of November,
1949, at page 2525.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No.
62/50, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1950.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
All that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, con-
taining by admeasurement 713 acres 0 roods 35 perches, more or
less, being Sections 16 and 17, Block IX, and Section 1, Block XV,
Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on plan No. 99/9, deposited in the Head Office of the
New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1950.

Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State
forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
All that area in the Otago Land District, Borough of Tapanui,
containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16·14 perches, more or less
being Section 1 and parts of Sections 2 and 11, Block XV, Town of
Tapanui, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates
of title, Vol. 21, folio 227, Vol. 215, folio 257 (limited as to parcels),
and Vol. 297, folio 234 (Otago Land Registry). As the same is
delineated on plan No. 204/66, deposited in the Head Office of the
New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red. (Otago plan S.O. 9370.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1950.
