Previous Notice: No. 38 of 1950 hereby cancelled.
Details: On November 15th, 1950, the two fixed orange lights on the small beacons in line 303½° will be replaced by red Neon Signs in the form of a triangle, front apex up, rear apex down.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee Under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II (Unclaimed Lands)
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiry with respect to the lands described in the Schedule hereunder, and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said lands, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent thereto:
And whereas the owner has not established his title to the said lands as required by that Act:
I hereby give notice that the said lands are under and by virtue of that Act vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, the value of the lands for the purposes of section 67 (d) of that Act being less than five hundred pounds (£500).
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 50 acres, more or less, being Allotment 499 of the Parish of Te Papa, Tauranga County ; bounded on the north by allotment 498 of the said Parish, 3,096 links; on the west by the Mangapapa River; on the south by Allotment 522 of the said parish, 2,830 links; and on the east by a road, 1,870 links; being the whole of the land described in an unregistered crown grant to John Donnelly, Private in the First Regiment of the Waikato Militia, and now comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 945, folio 18, of the register-book at Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1949, as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, containing by admeasurement 9,860 acres 3roods 31 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks VI, X, and XIV, Kuripapango Survey District, and Blocks V, IX, X, and XIII, Patoka Survey District, being Blocks 32, 33, 82, 83, 90, 129, and part of Blocks 34 and 79, Patoka Crown Grant District; part of the land on plan No. 2846, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Napier, being part of the Kohurau Block; Sections 1 and 2, Block X, Kuripapango Survey District; and Sections 2 and 3, Block IX, Patoka Survey District; and being also all the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 38, folios 42, 44, 45, 46, and 47, and the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 38, folios 43 and 48; and being also all the land cited in Transfer 84527, Hawke’s Bay Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 73/5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
