LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title to shares Nos. 3120154 to 3120278, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate No. 12693, issued in the name of JOHN BERNARD BRADLEY, of Fielding, and the said JOHN BERNARD BRADLEY has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said shares has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from date hereof there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

IN conformity with the above Act, I, RICHARD FROUDE WARD, General Manager of the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare :—

1. That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000 fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.

The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 30th day of June last were £127,605.

The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £1,713.

The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.

2. That in the capacity of trustees and executors the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 30th day of June last was £47,010,427.

The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £46,802,870.

The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £207,557.

3. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.

TAKE notice that the Board of Commissioners, called the Otorohanga Town Board, having its public office at the Town Hall, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga, intends to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a recreation-ground and that a plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the said public office of the Board and may be inspected there during office hours.

And take further notice that all persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said land and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the said Board.
