PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a courthouse; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October, 1950.
