Additional Land Taken for State Forest Purposes in Block XII,
Glenkenich Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 15 of
the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard
Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest
purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 30th day of October, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 43 acres
l rood 18 perches.
Being part Section 3.
Situated in Block XII, Glenkenich Survey District (Otago
R.D.). (S.O. 11357.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131981, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of October, 1950.

Revoking a Proclamation Taking Land for the Purposes of the Iron
and Steel Industry Act, 1937, in Block I, Waitapu Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the 17th day of June, 1941, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 52 of the 19th day of the same month at page 1862, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 1285, taking
land for the purposes of the Iron and Steel Industry Act, 1937,
in Block I, Waitapu Survey District, such land being no longer
required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of October, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
22.67 perches.
Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 22365, being portion Allotment 17,
Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the Borough of
One Tree Hill, and being the residue of the land comprised and
