Land Taken for a Police-station in Block VII, Waimea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October, 1950.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 30·4 perches. Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 3129, being part Section 52, District of Suburban South, situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 90, folio 138 (Nelson Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of October, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a milk-treating house; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October, 1950.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
Being portion Kaitao Rotohokahoka No. 3a No. 1 Block, as more particularly delineated by D.P. 16978, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 380, folio 51 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of October, 1950.
