Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed, in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Kaikoura County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 3 roods 33·4 perches. Being Crown land ; coloured orange.
Situat ed in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3995.)

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 30·2 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 9 and Crown land ; coloured green.
Situat ed in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3995.) All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132270, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of September, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS STREET
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 3·23 perches. Being part Lot 7, D.P. 3796, being part Barrack Reserve ; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
STREET CLOSED APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 9·05 perches. Being portion of Goldsmith Road adjoining Suburban Section 26, Napier, and Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 621 ; coloured green.
All situated in the City of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2421.) In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131492, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of September, 1950.

FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto,

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6 acres 3 roods 22 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 8, D.P. 3049, being Rural Section 19490 and part Rural Sections 19723, 20550, 24389, and 24390. Situated in Block X, Tengawai Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8125A.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132282, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods 2·5 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 5, Block II, Hundalee Survey District, and Lot I, D.P. 583, being part Section 200, Block XIV, Greenburn Survey District, and part Section 3, Kaikoura Registration District, situated in Block II, Hundalee Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3974.) In the Marlborough Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131100, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 2·4 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Rural Section 579 and Rural Section 11280. Situated in Block XV, Pigeon Bay Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8195.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132330, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
