A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Islington substation).

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for parking-places and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (line store, garage, and workshop); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: l rood.
Being Town Section 514, Borough of Ashburton, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 397, folio 163 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of September, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32.44 perches.
Being part Lot 3 of Suburban Section 344, Town of Palmerston North.
Situatued in Block X, Kairanga Survey District (City of Palmerston North). (S.O. 21849.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129991, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1950.
