Additional Land Taken for an Aerodrome in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

0 0 30·3 Section 221, Town of Westshore, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 118, folio 252 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 37·7 perches.

Being part Lot 19, D.P. 325, being part Rural Section 22444.

Situated in Block VII, Tengawai Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8180.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Mount Roskill substation).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 17 perches.

Being part Lot 18, D.P. 289, being part Allotment 71, Parish of Titirangi.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of Mount Roskill) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31797.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110442, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
