A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for an aerodrome ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September, 1950.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare

set apart for a public works depot ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of
September, 1950.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the leasehold estates described in the First Schedule hereto
in the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto and
that the estate or interest described in the Third Schedule hereto
in the piece of land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto are
hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome ; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of September, 1950.

LEASEHOLD estates taken :-
First, the leasehold estate of Peter Verschaffelt, of Kaitaia,
Contractor, in the piece of land first described in the said

of Napier, Private Hotel Manager, in the piece of land
fourthly described in the said Second Schedule :
And fifthly, the leasehold estate of Nancy Gwendoline
Klingender, wife of Gerald Weston Klingender, of Green-
meadows, farmer, in the place of land fifthly described
in the said Second Schedule :
Which said leasehold estates are separately held from His
Majesty the King under and by virtue of Renewable Leases under
section 131 (2B) of the Land Act, 1924, respectively registered and
recorded in the Land Registry Office at Napier, as H.B. Volume 98,
