Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing approximately 60 acres, being the open land in Section 173, Block IX, Waiau Survey District, and being those parts of the said Section 173 which were not set apart as State forest land by a proclamation dated 24th February, 1886, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 11 of the 4th March, 1886, at page 253. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/15, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of September, 1950.

Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Wellington to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 16·89 perches.
Being part Lot 13, of the Pipitea Pa Reserve, situated in the City of Wellington, and being the balance of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 192, folio 55 (Wellington Registry).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10485, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September, 1950.
