Land Taken for a Quarry in the Borough of Whakatane

[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Whakatane Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Allotment 273 of the Parish of Waimana, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 51, folio 262, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to the drainage rights and incidental rights of entry created in and by Transfer No. 400602 (Auckland Land Registry); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.
