Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Timaru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 acres 31·9 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 1470, and parts Lots 3 and 7, D.P. 2891, being part Rural Section 1721.
Situated in the City of Timaru (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8237.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132273, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1950.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Dehydration Factory in the Borough of Pukekohe
[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a dehydration factory; and also do hereby declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain pipes along, under, or over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to convey sewage through the said pipes, and also do hereby declare that the aforesaid easement shall be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is taken: 18·3 perches.

All situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Borough of Pukekohe) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33407.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 121171, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto together with the right-of-way reserved by Transfer No. 223311 over part Lot 3, on D.P. 10697, and together with and subject to the mutual grant of party-wall rights over part Lot 2 and part Lot 3, on D.P. 10697, created by Transfer No. 224261, is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a right-of-way over Lot 21, D.P. 24310, and to a right to obtain water from the point in Lot 22, D.P. 24310, marked “A” on the diagram endorsed on Certificate of Title, Volume 637, folio 229, created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 241214 (Auckland Land Registry), and together with the benefit of the drainage and other rights over parts Lots 18 and 19, D.P. 24310, reserved in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 254731 (Auckland Land Registry), for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September, 1950.
