Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required
for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35, of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the
Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown
land :—
A. R. P. Being
0 2 3·7 Lot 81 and 32, D.P. 13191, being part Section 81,
Block II, Tapapa Survey District, situated in the
Borough of Matamata, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in Certificate
of Title, Volume 363, folio 295 (Auckland Land
Registry).
0 1 0 Lot 44, D.P. 13191, being part Section 81,
Block II, Tapapa Survey District, situated in the
Borough of Matamata, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in Certificate
of Title, Volume 717, folio 67 (Auckland Land
Registry).
0 1 7·2 Lot 58, D.P. 12328, being part Section 1, Block II,
Tapapa Survey District, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in Certificate
of Title, Volume 296, folio 192 (Auckland Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1950.

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132248,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of September, 1950.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in
the Borough of Rotorua

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of
the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing
purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
18th day of September, 1950.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132227, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1950.
