George Anders Hansen, of Eketahuna, Farmer, duly nominated by the Maori Trustee; and
Sam Price Girdwood, of Hawera, Company Manager, duly nominated by the Executive Committee of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Lessees Association,
to be members of the Valuation Appeal Committee constituted under the said section 14.

Appointment of Transport Licensing Authorities
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 88 of the Transport Act, 1949, the Minister of Transport doth hereby severally appoint the persons whose names and addresses are set forth in the second column of the Schedule hereunto to be the District Licensing Authorities of the Transport Districts, the names of which are set forth opposite their respective names in the first column of the said Schedule, for a term commencing on the 1st day of September, 1950, and expiring on the 30th day of September, 1950.
