A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13 acres 2 roods 16 perches.
Being the Maori Land Court Subdivision known as Mauihakono or Hutt Section 102B, and being also all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 112, folio 51, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 33·2 perches.
Being part Allotment 63, Parish of Titirangi.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35483.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131429, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a town hall and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Otahuhu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 26·7 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 22440, being part Fairburn's Claim No. 269A, situated in the Borough of Otahuhu, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 697, folio 255 (Auckland Land Registry).
