Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Defence Purposes in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of February, 1950, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11 of the 16th day of the same month, at page 171, taking land for defence purposes, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land affected:-
A. R. P.
0 0 0·1 Part Section 338, Hutt District; edged orange.
0 0 0·05 Part Section 338, Hutt District; edged blue.
Situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21902.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of August, 1950.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject to a Drainage Easement, for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Wairoa

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for housing purposes is hereby set apart, subject to a drainage easement created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 92326 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 30·36 perches. Being Lot 3, D.P. 7604, being part of Suburban Section 25, Class I, Town of Clyde, situate in the Borough of Wairoa, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 84, folio 73, Hawke’s Bay Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of August, 1950.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre.
Being Allotment 216 of the Town of Cambridge East, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 57, folio 224 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of August, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 0·53 perches. Being part land in Proclamation 12650, being part Lot 1, D.P. 22365, being part Allotment 17, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of One Tree Hill) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36099.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132184, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
