NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under :—

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 5th day of May 1947, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 24 of the 8th day of May, 1947, at page 545, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land and such land is hereby excluded from the Tuparoa Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 1 acre, more or less, called or known as Rotokautuku 1h 1, Block XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a certain notice dated the 6th day of November, 1936, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 75 of the 12th day of November, 1936, at page 2198, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, were applied to the land described in the Schedule hereto and such land is hereby excluded from the Putauaki Development Scheme.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, certain notices dated the 8th day of August, 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 61 of the 10th day of August, 1939, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Wharekahika Development Scheme.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1949, as permanent State forest land.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing by admeasurement 195 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 2, Block IV, Mangamuka Survey District, and being formerly Waihou A No. 5B Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/44, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
