A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6·8 perches. Being part Allotment 64, Parish of Awhitu.
Situated in Block II, Awhitu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35871.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132125, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (transmitter-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.
