Crown Land Set Apart for a Quarry in Block VII, Maungaru Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 25·2 perches.
Being formerly part Railway land in Proclamation 7563.
Situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 35463.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131445,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of August, 1950.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a quarry ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : l rood
27·26 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 8232, being part Section 76, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower
Hutt. (S.O. 22122.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132068, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1948.

taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway.

21 perches.
Being part road.
Situated in Block VIII, Tauhoa Survey District (Auckland

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green, edged green.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
an aerodrome ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 32 perches.
Being Lot 67, D.P. 19612, Town of Manurewa Extension No. 8,
being portion of Allotment 68, Manurewa Parish, and being
the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate
of Title, Volume 461, folio 166 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the

of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the right-of-way appurtenant thereto over Lot 5,
D.P. 3940, created or granted by Memorandum of Transfer No.
40684, Gisborne Land Registry, for buildings of the General
Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 26·1 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 3940, being part Section 177, Gisborne Suburban,
and also being part of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 100, folio 62 (Gisborne Land
Registry).
