A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 4·8 perches.
Being portion of the Poukawa Stream.
Situated in Block VI, Te Mata Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2406.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132056, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 1 rood 9·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Section 59 (Scenic Reserve) and parts Section 58.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131572, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Vardon Road, in the City of Hamilton, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of August, 1950
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto, at a width for part of its length of less than 66 feet, but not less than 40 feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 131521, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District, City of Hamilton, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 23 perches, being part Lot 11, D.P. 5041, being part Allotment 33, Pukete Parish.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131521, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 27 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the 11th day of August, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 58 of the 14th day of the same month, at page 2440, and deposited in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland, under No. 7643, authorizing the Pukekohe Borough Council to permit the laying-off of a street in the Borough of Pukekohe of a width less than 66 feet but not less than 50 feet subject to a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the building-line condition imposed by the said Order in Council.
