Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required
for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared Crown land:-

Being
0 1 25·4 Lot l, D.P. 31229, being part Section 1, Block II,
Tapapa Survey District, situated in the Borough
of Matamata, and being the whole of the land
comprised and described in Certificate of Title,
Volume 801, folio 209 (Auckland Land
Registry).
0 1 0 Lot 3, D.P. 16006, being part Section 1, Block
II, Tapapa Survey District, situated in the
Matamata Town District, and being the whole
of the land comprised and described in Certifi-
cate of Title, Volume 355, folio 254 (Auckland
Land Registry).
0 2 19·68 Lots 44, 45, and part Lot 46, D.P. 12328, being
part Section 1, Block II, Tapapa Survey
District, and being the residue of the land
comprised and described in Certificate of
Title, Volume 784, folio 279 (Auckland Land
Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1950.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131922, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

in the Borough of Milton

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of
the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for railway purposes,
is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day
of August, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of piece of land set apart : 3 roods 1·2 perches.
Being Lots 45, 46, and 47, Block VII, Deeds Plan 6, being part
Section 134.
Situated in Block XVII, Tokomairo Survey District (Borough
of Milton) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11319.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130850, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1950.

the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes,
is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of
August, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes, subject to the interests reserved by Memorandum
of Transfer registered in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland,
under No. 33500; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August, 1950.
