1908, a synopsis of the business of the undermentioned Insurance Associations, as at 31st March, 1950, based on statements deposited by those Associations in the office of the Public Trustee, is hereby published :

Honey Marketing Committee Election

PURSUANT to clause 13 of the Schedule to the Honey Marketing Committee Regulations 1948, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for the election of one producers' representative to the Honey Marketing Committee, together with the number of votes allotted to each voter is now open for inspection during official hours at the undermentioned offices of the Marketing Department :
Auckland, Wellington, Hastings, Gisborne, Tauranga, Nelson, Christchurch, and Dunedin,
and also at the following Post-offices :—
Kaitaia, Whangarei, Timaru, Oamaru, Gore, Invercargill, Greymouth, Blenheim, Napier, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Masterton, New Plymouth, Hamilton.
The roll will be available for public inspection up to and including the 9th day of August, 1950.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, P.O. Box 1500, Wellington. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than midday on the 16th August, 1950, and must be accompanied by a deposit of £3.

CROWN LANDS NOTICE

Land in the Taranaki Land District for Sale or Lease
District Lands and Survey Office,
New Plymouth, 21st July, 1950.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land is open for sale or lease under the Land Act, 1948, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 28th August, 1950.
Applicants may be required by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New Plymouth, acting on behalf of the Land Settlement Board, to appear personally in support of their applications at a time and place to be advised.
The ballot will be held at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, at 2 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, 30th August, 1950, and persons who so wish may attend.
The successful applicant is required to pay, immediately on notification of result of ballot, a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent or deposit on deferred payments, broken-period rent, and lease fee, or the purchase-price of the property plus title fee.

SCHEDULE
TOWN OF OPUNAKE.-OPUNAKE BOROUGH
SECTIONS 1 and 3, Block XXXI: Area, 2 roods. Rental value or purchase-price, £425. Deposit on deferred payments, £45. Deferred payments: Half-yearly instalment (term: 15 years), £17 14s. 1d. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent (term: 33 years), £9 11s. 3d.
These sections are offered as one building site. They are situated on the corner of South Road and Allison Street. Section 3 is practically level while Section 1 is intersected by a stream. Priority will be given to applications from ex-servicemen of World War II or the wives or widows of such ex-servicemen.

BANKRUPTCY NOTICES

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the matter of GEORGE VLAHOVICH, of Paeroa, formerly a Fish merchant, a bankrupt.
TAKE notice that on the application of George Vlahovich, of Paeroa, and on reading the notice of motion and affidavit filed therein and on hearing counsel for the applicant, it was ordered that the order of adjudication dated the 28th day of April, 1950, against George Vlahovich of Paeroa, be annulled.
