SCHEDULE

DESCRIPTION OF BOUNDARIES OF THE EYRE CREEK RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, County of Southland, situated in the Eyre Survey District, inclusive of roads, railways, and streams containing by estimation 45,000 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows:—

Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 13, on the plan numbered 1666, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar, at Invercargill; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Lot 13, across the Invercargill–Kingston Railway, again along the aforesaid north-eastern boundary, across Diak Road, and again along the aforesaid north-eastern boundary of Lot 13 and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4, on the plan numbered 3996, and deposited as aforesaid, to the Irthing Stream; thence generally in a northerly direction along the left bank of the Irthing Stream to its source; thence in a north-easterly direction by right line to the south-western corner of Run 352B; thence generally in north-westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly directions, along the south-western, north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Run 352B, to the Eyre Stream; thence generally in a south-easterly direction along the right bank of Eyre Stream to the confluence of the Eyre Stream with the Mataura River; thence in generally southerly, easterly and again southerly directions along the right bank of the Mataura River to the northern boundary of Run 394A; thence generally in a westerly direction along the northern, north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Run 394A, the north-eastern boundary of Run 191B, and the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 42, Block XXXIX, Eyre Survey District, to and across the Queenstown–Invercargill State Highway; and thence in a south-westerly direction along the western boundary of the said State highway to the point of commencement.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Blackett Street (Extension) in the Borough of Rangiora

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of July, 1950

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Rangiora Borough Council to lay-off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 feet, but not less than 44·7 feet.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Rangiora, being an extension of Blackett Street, containing by admeasurement 39·1 perches, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 10306, part Rural Section 1062.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131760, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Consenting to Land Being Taken for Street in the Borough of Richmond

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for street.

All situated in Block VI, Waimea Survey District, Borough of Richmond (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9635.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131783, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
