Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Main Highway Depot in Block VI, Culverden Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by William Lambie of Culverden, Farmer, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease, Volume 260, folio 74 (Canterbury Registry), is hereby taken for a main highway depot, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 2 acres.
Being part Section 48, Culverden Township.
Situated in Block VI, Culverden Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8061.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131902, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of July, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Frederick Tothill, of Winton, Farmer, from His Majesty the King, under and by virtue of Lease registered as number 9653 (Southland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 4·1 perches.
Being part Section 28 E.R.
Situated in Block VI, Town of East Winton (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5828.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131350, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by William Ralph Lee, of Hawera, Farmer, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 12979 (Taranaki Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July, 1950.

Additional Land Taken for a Sports-ground in the City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sports-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 27·3 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 93, being part Section 239A, City of Nelson, and being all the land on D.P. 4208, being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 24, folio 138 (Nelson Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part to the drainage rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 252154, Auckland Land Registry, for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 3 roods 32·5 perches.
Being Lot 5, and part Lot 4, D.P. 1213, being portion Allotment 81, Parish of Titirangi, situated in the City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 633, folio 37 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1950.
