Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 1 acre 2 roods 14·8 perches.
Being the whole of the land shown on D.P. 30897 and being parts Allotment 19, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for broadcasting purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 8 acres 3 roods 2 perches.
Being part Reserve 2593.
Situated in Block IX, Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7954.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128654, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of July, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 6 acres 1 rood 12·22 perches.
Being part Sections 56 and 188, Hutt District.
Situated in Blocks IX and X, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 21962.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131769, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
