Additional Land at Stratford Taken for the Purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway.

0 1 34 Sections 717 and 718, Town of Stratford ; coloured orange.
0 0 36 Section 720, Town of Stratford ; coloured sepia.

2 1 0 Sections 659, 660, 661, 662, 663, 692, 693, 694, and 695, Town of Stratford ; coloured orange.
0 2 16 Sections 762, 763, and 764, Town of Stratford ; coloured orange.
1 0 0 Sections 664, 665, 696, and 697, Town of Stratford ; coloured sepia.
All situated in the Borough of Stratford. (S.O. 8393.)
In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10319, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1950.

Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Caversham to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 0·18 perches. Being part railway land, being parts Sections 19 and 22, Block VI, Town District.
Situated in the City of Dunedin. (S.O. 9664.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of July, 1950.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land Near View Hill to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 2 acres 3 roods 38 perches. Being part Rural Section 20447 (railway land in Proclamation 34, Canterbury Registry).
Situated in Block VII, Oxford Survey District, Oxford County. (S.O. 8221.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10385, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of July, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a Maori school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a tourist and health resort; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July, 1950.
