NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and THE SWANAR CONSTRUCTION, LIMITED (in liquidation) (members' winding-up).

THE liquidator of The Swanar Construction, Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 14th day of August, 1950, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION

In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of MANGAKINO CONSUMERS CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the members of the above-named society has been summoned for the purpose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding-up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named society will be held at the offices of Messrs. Tomkins and Wake, Solicitors, Wesley Chambers, Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, the 9th day of August, 1950, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

Business :—

(1) Consideration of statement of position &c.

(2) Nomination of liquidator.

(3) Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

Forms of general and special proxies are enclosed herewith. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the society at Mangakino not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 7th August, 1950.

CREDITORS' VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP

NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution of Forsyth Motors, Limited, passed on the 27th day of June, 1950, in manner provided by section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, it was resolved :-

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members of this company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

"That David Keith, of Invercargill, Accountant, be appointed liquidator."

At a meeting of the creditors of the company held on the 7th July, 1950, David Keith of Invercargill, Accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company.

Notice to Creditors to Prove

The liquidator of Forsyth Motors, Limited, does hereby fix the 15th day of August, 1950, as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts and to establish priority (if any) under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims or debts are proved or as the case may be from objection to such distribution.
