A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 4 acres 2 roods 17·1 perches.

Being part Lot 4, D.P.s 2301, 2302, and 2303, being part Section 88, Whareama Block; coloured orange.

Situated in Block IV, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 21814.)

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres and 3·3 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Section 88, Whareama Block, and Lot 4, D.P.s 2301, 2302, and 2303, being part Section 88, Whareama Block; coloured green.

Situated in Block IV, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 21814.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
