Individual Valve-type Hearing Aid.—Notice of Approval of Additional
Hearing Aid Under the Provisions of the Social Security (Hospital
Benefits for Out-patients) Regulations 1947
Wellington, 30th June, 1950.
PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 4 of the Social
Security (Hospital Benefits for Out-patients) Regulations 1947,
I, Jack Thomas Watts, Minister of Health, give notice that I have
approved of the following valve-type hearing aid for the purposes
of these regulations :—

Notice Prescribing Fees for Registration Plates and Licensing Labels
PURSUANT to regulation 12 of the Motor-vehicles Registration
and Licensing Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Transport
doth hereby prescribe that, in respect of the licensing year
commencing on the 1st day of July, 1950, and any licensing year
thereafter, to cover the cost and issue of the registration plates and
licensing labels to be issued under the said regulations, there shall
be payable in respect thereof the sum of two shillings and sixpence
for each set of two registration plates, the sum of one shilling and
threepence for each single registration plate, and the sum of sixpence
for each licensing label.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle
Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby
approve the Main Highways Board's proposed classification of the
State highways described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL the State highways described as follows but exclusive of any
part of the respective highway within the boundaries of a borough
or of a town district.
