SPECIAL ORDER

“THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all and every the other powers contained in any other Act it thereunto enabling the Te Puke Borough Council hereby declares Hemlock to be a noxious weed within the Borough of Te Puke.”
