A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of a State Forest; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of
June, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 210 acres.
Being Block 131, Patoka Crown Grant District.
Situated in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District, and Block
XIII, Pohue Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2429.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130757, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Scenery
Preservation Act, 1908, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard
Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 19th day of June, 1950.

2 perches.
Being Allotment S.E. 101, Parish of Aotea.
Situated in Block III, Tryphena Survey District (Auckland

utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 19th day of June, 1950.

Being part of Section 62, Porirua District in Block V, Belmont
Survey District, being the balance of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 111, folio 98, (Wellington

station and shall vest in the North Shore Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June, 1950.
