A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped : 1 acre 3 roods.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 23346, being part Allotment 64, Tahawai Parish.
Situated in Block V, Katikati Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109533, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1950.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of Road in Block IV, Waihua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with : 12·9 perches.
Being part Railway Land in Proclamation No. 1176, in substitution for Proclamation No. 754.

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130933, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928; I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 39·98 perches.

Situated in Block XVIII, Town of Kaitangata (Borough of Kaitangata), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11324.)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of June, 1950.
