Notice of Adoption Under Part IX of the Maori Land Act, 1931

IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereto has been made by the Maori Land Court under the provisions of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No.1159, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1076* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 29th day of May, 1950.

The First and Second Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 1153,† are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor respectively:
