A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
32 perches.
Being Lot 589, D.P. 18380, being part of Allotment 18 of the
Tamaki West Farms, situated in the City of Auckland, and
being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
the purposes of a secondary school; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May,
1950.
