Mining Privilege to be Struck off Register

Mining Registrar’s Office, Cromwell, 1st May, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that, unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within one month from the date hereof, the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the register.
