Land Taken for Sand-dune Reclamation in Blocks II and III, Moutere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune reclamation; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
1,429 0 36 Part Lot 1, D.P. 3623, being Part Whirokino No. 1 Block; edged blue.
17 1 24 Accretion; coloured sepia.

Situated in Blocks II and III, Moutere Survey District. (S.O. 21759.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130811, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of May, 1950.
