A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 1 rood 0·8 perches.

Being part Lots 39 and 40 of Section 4, D.P. 120, being part Ruakaka Block.

Situated in Block IX, Aroha Survey District (Borough of Te Aroha), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34174.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131318, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Paeroa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May, 1950.
